Matt Chance, a Thai-American and former U.S. Army Ranger, is asked by a Thai government security contact to join with Wan Jo, a retired Hong Kong Police Inspector, in an undercover investigation into Chinese criminal cross border activities in Thailand.
Matt soon learns that Wan Jo prefers to operate independently which puts them both in danger.
