Matthew Campobasso is a Chief Legal Officer, seasoned executive, and law school professor with a criminal prosecution and civil litigation background. With nearly two decades of experience practicing law, he has seen the profession's "work harder, care more, control everything" playbook break far too many talented lawyers. He wrote The Case for Letting Go to show there is another way; one where excellence doesn't require exhaustion. Matthew teaches Business Associations at the University of Illinois Chicago Law School and lives outside Chicago. Of all of his jobs, his favorite is being a dad to his son and two daughters.
