Kay Peterson Daly is a writer, teacher, and scholar specializing in the literature and culture of early modern England. Originally from the Los Angeles area, she came to Chicago to earn her doctorate in English Literature from Northwestern University. She lives there still in a ramshackle century-old brick house with her husband Eamon and two of the feistiest tortoiseshell tabbies you'll ever meet, Peggy and Val.
