Complete works of Mouni
Mouni was a lonely crusader of his cause in Tamil literature. His stories were novel, so were the worlds they were set in. He has no predecessors or followers. This uniqueness made Writer Puthumaipitthan call him the Tirumular of Tamil literature, comparing him to pioneer Tamil siddha writer of Tirumantiram. When Tamil's pioneer short story writers moved away from the inner worlds outwards, Mouni traveled inwards. On the fringes of mind, he discovered darkness, strangeness, joy in new lights. For all the praise, he has written only 24 short stories and 2 essays. This book contains all the works of Mouni.
