Back in 2017, I found myself at another crossroads in my life, and changes were on the horizon. I moved to a small village in France where I was warmly welcomed by wonderful people. Looking back now, I realize that this place was calling to me. What I didn¿t know at the time was, that it was located on the old Camino de Santiago.
When I look out the window, I can see it directly, and I¿ve walked countless hours on it with my wife and my dogs without knowing I was on it. But I always felt good and my thoughts were sorted out. Walking here gives me a sense of inner peace and clarity.
One day, my neighbor told me that the path we were looking at is part of an old Roman road and the historic pilgrimage route of the Camino de Santiago. I was thrilled, and suddenly everything made sense. Now it was time to give back for all the strength and spiritual experiences it had given me. I withdrew to my studio "Le Petit Chateaux" and started writing. I opened up and discovered a completely new side of myself, music flowed out of me. New, lovable people came into my life who worked on the language version of this production.
