Kelly Kingsley Mua, a graduate from the Cameroonian Advanced School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM), holds a PhD in forensic accounting. He is currently a technical adviser at the Cameroonian Treasury and a lecturer in forensic accounts at Angenla Academy. Prior to this, for 5 years, he worked for the United Nations Development Programme.
