Greenhill is Assistant Professor of Government at Tufts University and a Research Fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard University. She is author of Weapons of Mass Migration: Forced Displacement, Coercion, and Foreign Policy, also from Cornell.
